Full Body and Bodyweight Exercises - Skaters

Skaters are fantastic for your lower body stabilizing muscles.  These are the muscles that help you stay balanced!
  1. Start standing comfortably.
  2. Jump to your right, landing on your right foot and swing your arms to the right, just like a speed skater would.
  3. Jump to the left, landing on your left foot, and swing your arms to the left.
  4. Repeat quickly, breathing normally.
