The Tripod is great for balance,
abdominal and core strength, and your upper body. Don't underestimate this exercise because it looks kind-of easy. It is not and it will be a tremendous addition to any workout.
- Get yourself into a starting pushup position.
- Bring one arm behind your back.
- Hold.
- Repeat with other arm.
