Core and Abs Exercises - Tripod

The Tripod is great for balance, abdominal and core strength, and your upper body.  Don't underestimate this exercise because it looks kind-of easy.  It is not and it will be a tremendous addition to any workout. 
  1. Get yourself into a starting pushup position.
  2. Bring one arm behind your back.
  3. Hold.
  4. Repeat with other arm.
