- Start by sitting up with your legs our in front of you. Your feet should be shoulder width apart.
- In one motion, lift up your hips and try to push them up to the sky. Keeping your legs STRAIGHT, squeeze your butt and push your feet into the ground.
- Hold for a few seconds.
- Come back down to the first position and then repeat.
- You should be inhaling on the up and exhaling on the way down.
